Sorry forgot to mention...
Through cutting out alcohol, cutting down my portions and eating more healthily, not having the money to buy unhealthy/convenience foods, getting more active, I have lost over half a stone so far so ditch weight watchers and slimmers world (I was a big yo yo dieter) forget the weekly fees, join me in the Back to Basics challenge and raise some money for charity (obviously seek medical advice first)!! go on I dare you...! xx
